In Patch 9.1.5, you will be able to instantly obtain all three Soulbinds once you enter a new Covenant. This system will be unlocked at the same Renown threshold that allows players to freely swap Covenants. With players being allowed to freely swap Covenants, Covenant cosmetic unlocks, such as transmog sets and Covenant-locked pets, will be able to be used by characters that are not part of that specific Covenant in Patch 9.1.5.
